Pearl Road and Toba Observatory

“Dramatic views of ria coast.”
Pearl Road, is well known as one of the most scenic drives in Iseshima, runs 23.8km connecting Toba-city and Shima-city. Enjoy the beautiful ria coastline view (ria coast = a coast with several parallel rias extending far inland and alternating with ridgelike promontories.) and the mountain range with blue sky.
On clear days Mt. Fuji is also visible.
There’s also a shop selling local specialty products and a light meal corner where visitors can enjoy popular Ouchiyama soft serve ice cream.
